General Conditions of Use

1. Purpose

This document contains the terms and conditions (hereinafter, the “General Conditions”) that regulate access, browsing, downloading and use by any person, including registered users where applicable, of each and every one of the web pages located under the domain innovaregenetics.com, as well as their respective subdomains or subdirectories (hereinafter, the “Website”), and their content, whose owner and proprietor is AI INNOVARE GROUP S.L.U.

Any person accessing the Website, as well as its content, will be considered an unregistered user and, by the mere fact of visiting or browsing it, accepts these General Conditions of use. Browsing or exploring the contents implies the declaration of knowledge and express acceptance of these General Conditions by the user, even if not registered as such. The status of user is attributed to any person who accesses the Website and/or its content, and implies full and unreserved acceptance of all the General Conditions in force at the time of access.

Likewise, the names of the company and its products, as well as logos, designs and other figurative elements, may constitute trade names and registered trademarks owned by AI INNOVARE GROUP S.L.U., or any of its suppliers, licensors or third-party collaborators. Users, visitors or interested parties who access these contents must respect the industrial and intellectual property rights described above.

In compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and current Spanish regulations on the matter, AI INNOVARE GROUP S.L.U. implements special processing measures throughout the browsing and visiting process, and particularly when making a purchase, requiring the information obtained. Data will be treated confidentially and with the strictest security measures.

6. Modification of conditions

AI INNOVARE GROUP S.L.U. reserves the right to modify these General Conditions at any time, effective upon publication on the Website. The applicable conditions will be those in force at the time of purchase by the customer.

Any updated General Conditions will replace the conditions in force up to that point. The user is deemed to have expressly accepted these modifications if they purchase the products or services offered on the Website again after the modification, without prejudice to the fulfilment of any outstanding obligations, especially those of a financial nature arising from previously performed services.

7. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the courts of Madrid.
